Week Summary

With the entire experience almost complete, bar uploading the video tomorrow, i will now start focusing on compiling all the data and looking at how the experience panned out. Overall there were no major technical problems that i'm aware of and the updates went up on time which was good. More coming shortly.

Day 3/4

Days 3 and 4 also went off smoothly. All updates went up on time. The most frustrating thing is not hearing back any feedback at the moment. I am working on trying to get this corrected ASAP.

Day One/ Two

Today is the second day of my interactive experience. Yesterday went well, everything was up on time and it went live as it should. I have had one major piece of feedback so far expressing concern that i was emailing the 'insiders' too often and by forwarding them all the same email exposing their email addresses which they may not have wanted. This was a good point and taking it on board i will be sending out no more emails until the final feedback at the end of the week. Today the blog has successfully updated and now links to both the podcast and the investment company website, this should be enough to keep them busy for today.

Preparation

Today i emailed all people who had registered an interest in being an 'insider' and providing feedback throughout the experience. I also collected and arranged all the people so that i have a good idea of how many people will be taking part. At this point i am just tweaking the overall experience to make sure everything is working together properly. Another update coming soon.

Big Update!

Today everything has almost been finalised. The video is finished. The podcasts are complete and online, albeit in a slightly dodgy russian accent. The blog has had all its posts scheduled and coordinated with the other websites updates and all the websites are now online. This means that the rest of the week will be spent pre-testing the experience to ensure everything connects as it should and that it is ready for Monday!

Back on track!

Just as i had hoped, editing has went very well today and the final version is complete. This means i am almost back on track, i now have the whole weekend to complete finishing touches before turning my attention to documentation before it goes live!

Filming Update 2

Today I finally managed to get filming, nearly 2 weeks behind schedule. However it all went smoothly and as i type this all the audio and timing is correct. Around 40% of the special effects are finalised. This means that tomorrow I should have it completed. Quick turnaround thanks to a great team of actors who made it really easy. Anyway here is a few snaps of us on set.
